Those standards include inspection, measurement, fixturing, and computer aided drafting to insure proper fit and operation. The interior liner bottom is machined to provide exacting tolerances of blade fit and proper vortex movement. The liners are polished to insure limited product adhesion. Exline uses state-of-the-art thermal spray systems to apply DuraCoat™ ceramic and carbide coatings. Vessels are thermal sprayed mechanically not "hand sprayed" to ensure uniform coating quality. The vessel is electronically inspected to ensure that coating specifications are met.
