Exline, Inc. is a privately held corporation that has been in continuous operation for over 134 years. We have been servicing heavy rotating equipment industries. Twenty-five years ago, Exline was asked to provide wear resistant coatings to a major PVC pipe manufacturer in the United States. Exline developed the original proprietary family of thermal sprayed coatings called DuraCoat™ for use on Heat Mixers, Coolers, and Blades.

The DuraCoat™ process provides greatly extended life to the high shear areas of your blending equipment. The coatings will provide maintained geometry of your mixing equipment and more consistent batch production (you don’t have to compensate for wear). Building on our earlier success we expanded our services to include manufacturing new and reconditioned blending equipment for our customers at a very competitive price.

Due to the increasing demand for our services, The Exline Plastic Technology Division was established on June 1, 1998. You can be assured of the Quality Standards on every manufactured part. We inspect and document every item we receive and will rebuild or manufacture new equipment to your specifications. We utilize Computerized Drafting and will provide you with a drawing for your inspection. All of the manufacturing is performed in-house by trained personnel to Exline’s exacting standards. We have many popular in stock items to provide quick delivery of your vessel or blades.
